82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Plate, 11"

Before I purchase on your site, is 82-265 the correct replacement lock for this, top to bottom are 11" on the screws? I think the internal lock is broke. If I were to buy a replacement handle as well, what handle w/lock will be compatible as well? The latch seems loose and I took off and do not s ... (cont.)

I do not history of this patio door part. The white face plate holes are 11 inch on center. It looks like part 82-265 but the white face plate has no opening for an anti-slam device

In order to install and pet door on our sliding patio door, I I removed the faceplate?(not sure if that what's its called but it's the cosmetic piece on the edge of sliding door that goes over what is showing in pic). you can see the two screw holes top and bottom. Hi, I am looking for a replacement lock for the Reliabilt sliding patio door series 312.

The lever on the inside handle is broken. I'm happy to buy a complete replacement if needed. Everything works except the lever actuated from the inside is broken. Inside the handle are several patent numbers and "Sash Controls Sioux Falls SD. " I hope you can help.

Existing patio door (7 years old) has dual point mortise lock and is jamming -- can't get the door open sometimes. Your replacement looks like the same lock. Since it is a double lock, I can't get the door open be lifting out of track.... Is there any way to force the lock open if it freezes? Before ... (cont.)

The lock on my patio door has failed and needs to be replaced. It is 3/4" wide, 11 3/4" tip to tip, 11" from top screw hole to bottom screw hole

Inhave this door latch on my sliding door now. I did not receive the key or the part that sit in the door jam so the latch be locked form the inside. How could just the door jam portion be ordered? Thank you.

There are two patent numbers on here. 6.26 4.252 and 5.820.170. It also says June 09. What part replaces this?

Hi I recently installed part number 82-265 but now it does. It line up with the latch inside the door. I wanted to see about ordering the matching latch. I attached a picture of the current latch that does not line up.
