I'm seeking to get confirmation on which part to choose between SS Multi-Point Mortise Latch and Keeper and the Multi-Point Mortise Lock and Keeper, 9-7/8" he width was measured with a caliper rendering W  .578 in while the opening in the door measures W  .6 in

I need a latch for a sliding glass patio door. See attached photos.

I would like to find a replacement for my IGS sliding glass door lock and handle. Believe it is an 11 inch mortise lock but having trouble finding it. Please help.

I just received and installed 82-265 - Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Plate, 11" but it is not compatible with the current keeper. Can you please confirm the part number for the right keeper? Is it 82-249?

Hi I need to replaced the key entry lock on my sliding glass patio door as seen on the picture the lock has a double locking latch.

I have an ADW-8 sliding door. The lock broke on the inside and there appears to be no way to replace without disassembling the door. It is a series 311.

Hello, Somehow from going to bed and getting up our sliding door internal lock broke or was hung up. I needed a locksmith to come drill it out. It took 3 hours. I have a handle set with the lock lever outside the grab bar anchors. mounting screws are 8" from center to center, with a middle screw at the 4" mark. Mortise lock is 11" center to center, 11-3/4 overall height.

I have what I believe to be a Silver Line 5800 Sliding glass door. It currently has a handle that is not keyed on the outside. Hopefully these pics describe the mortise and dimentions that I need. One of the hooks doesn't work. Only one locks now. I can find no brand name on the door. If you have this, I need to order it. Thanks! Danny
