Need replacement handle

We are looking for both the lock and door handle. Pat #6.264.252 & #5.820.170 lock is broke as well as the handle. Are you able to help with this?

I am looking for the same patio door double hook lock . It's 10 inch long and it's 6 1/2 inch from the first hook to the second hook. And 4 inch from 1st hole to the third hole.

The top latch on my patio door is broke and does not work properly. Sd-r50-1816x2426(72x96 is the number on the door so I am assuming that the 82-239 mortise lock is the correct replacement part needed. I'm looking for a replacement lock lever and mechanism in a beige color for a sliding patio door that I believe was made by Jeld-Wen. Images are attached.

One picture shows the mortise lock assembly physical size, which is functioning and doesn't need replacement. Another picture has the damaged 1 and 5/8 in Long 8/32 screw and a 8/32 cylinder nut, 1 inch long. The fourth picture shows the damaged handle plate for the exterior. The fifth picture shows ... The inside of the hooks do seem to be about close to 6 inches apart. I've never bought one of these. Please let me know what other information I can give to help identify which part I need.
