Hello,My locking mechanism for our sliding glass door SDG5470 is starting feel like it's having signs of wear. The door is supplied by 84 lumber in Savannah to our home builder Pulte. I'm looking for a replacement lock lever and mechanism in a beige color for a sliding patio door that I believe was made by Jeld-Wen. Images are attached.

Need to order a new latch.

One picture shows the mortise lock assembly physical size, which is functioning and doesn't need replacement. Another picture has the damaged 1 and 5/8 in Long 8/32 screw and a 8/32 cylinder nut, 1 inch long. The fourth picture shows the damaged handle plate for the exterior. The fifth picture shows ... The inside of the hooks do seem to be about close to 6 inches apart. I've never bought one of these. Please let me know what other information I can give to help identify which part I need.

Hello, The sticker had been removed from my "subject door", but I recently saw one "possible example" on what appeared to be an identical door. I have additional photos with measurements of the subject door's hardware if that will help. Thank you, Steve

Your replacement latch 82-265 shows two slots for the locking/latching (flat bar) mechanism. My old one has only one flat bar hole and it's off-center. Will the 82-265 work the same using the off-center hole?
