I am looking for a multi-point mortise lock and I am also looking for a thumb latch for my Jeld Wen handle. The face plate for the lock is 11-3/4". If you can let me know which ones I need to order from your site I will greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

I have received my order, but the mortise lock face plate is not the same. The one you sent has an mounting plate that is all in one with the lock face, and is brass in color. I thought the 82-265 was the correct replacement part but it does not fit. I've attached a picture of the part I need.
