Hi can you please tell what size rollers should I use to replace for the Nami 201373 sliding door?

Hello. I see that the most appropriate latch replacement kit is on backorder. As an alternative, which door handle product should be ordered to fit the existing 2-point mortise? The mortise does NOT need replacement.

There are no markings on the latch. It is a double latch mortise. Outside holes are 11 inches. Plate seems to be 11 3/4 long. The through holes for the handle are about 4 inches apart. Looks like item 82-265 Not sure though. Thank you for the help

The part as a number 2265 then the us patent 5125703 D 340398. On the bottom it says Sash controls. There are 2 locking mechanisms., one at the top and one at the bottom.

The lock on my sliding door handle broke. It appears to be a JW handle and a the lock was getting stuck some where it would be difficult to unlock the door. I would like to see if you have a replacement for the lock handle and the lock. Thanks,

Howdy? The top latch does not extend or retract. Therefore the door will not stay latched when closed. I do not see any markings on any of the hardware? Thank you for taking my call yesterday. I'm looking for a new handle and mortise lock. The handle is 10.75 long, the door is 1.75in thick, and the setback is 2" An Amesbury 98.02 is the right size. The old one has a 2" setback. Thanks

someone broke my patio lock and need a replacement. the part number is : PAT #:6.264.252 (on the left) and (on the right) PAT #:5.820.170.My handle is 10 inches, hole to hole is 4.5 inches and width of handle is about 1.25 inches

I bought the Swisco 82-265 lock and 82-249 keeper that goes with it. They installed well, but the hooks won't retract unless I hold in the safety button with my hand. What's wrong?

There are two latches, upper and lower. The upper will not move hence the need to lift the door when opening and closing. I need a replacement part.
