Looking for Sliding Door lock and handle replacement

Hello, The locking mechanism is tough to function. I have to partially remove the key to get it to open so would like to replace the lock. I cant find a model number on the door or anything so helping the pics can help.

I need to replace this Not sure what it is I have replaced 2 patio door handles but it still won't lock and unlock Thank you ??

My client is in need of the multi-point latch assay. Unfortunately this is the only pic I have at the present time. It is a vinyl slider that was purchased at Lowe's. I can get more pics as well as measurements at a latter date. Thanks for any insight!

I bought a sliding door and 9 windows from Lowes in March 2015. The lock on the slider has failed. Lowes has purged their files and can't tell me the brand of the door. My husband thinks it is Atrium. The door and window desk at Lowes mentioned Atrium and Reliable but could find no part on those ... (cont.)

White cover plate, cover plate dimensions match 82-265, Latch assembly is 10" long x 1.125" wide. No marking expect Pat. Pend. One of the latches is stuck and won't close with the manual lever.

We need to replace this broken latch, Amesbury brand, Patent 5.820.170; it measures 10 1/4 inches by 1/2 inch and is 1 1/8 inch deep. We also need to replace the handle that it attaches to, which is Jeld Wen Amesbury Patent D466787, almond.

The interior door handle broke off our sliding glass door. It's probably close to 20 years old, still a good door. I do not know the brand. Hoping you have a replacement handle set. The rest of the lock components work just fine. Also, prefer a dark bronze, for the interior, if that's a possibility ... (cont.)
