82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Plate, 11"

No names or part numbers on door. Can't decide if this is a 9 or 11. Plate is 11 3/4 end to end but lock itself is 9 7/8 from screw hole to screw hole.

I do not see any manufacture name anywhere on my door, handle or lock. I think it looks like your part 82-265. Can you help confirm. If this is the right part can you confirm if handle 82-086 works with that lock? It also looks like my handle. Thank you

I am unable to find any markings on the door, however on the glass it states PPG Herculite K Trempe Tempered CAN/CGSB 12.1M BS 6206-1981-A

Lock seemed to break and got stuck in locked position. No markings on any part of this assembly. Looks like a multi point lock but only utilizing one lock?

I need the interior part and the handle.

I received my gold color latch replacement, thank you, however, the anti-slam pin doesn't line up with where the latch connects on the white door jam part.

Hi! I believe we need the MULTI-POINT MORTISE LOCK WITH FACE PLATE, 11" to go with out sliding glass door. Attached is a picture of the keeper. It's 11 inches long. Is this the correct lock to go with the keeper? Also, I need the handle for the door. Do you sell those as well?

Spring does not allow the upper clamp to rotate/spring into position. Not sure if I properly collected all hardware, so I may want to also know which new handle set to match with. I included the serial number on the door itself in case that makes a difference.Kindly advise.John

Hello, The Simonton Window mortise lock is no longer working and would like to find replacement part.

Can't lock door, latch won't stay locked

No names or part numbers. 10 inch mechanism with 11 3/4 inch face plate. Previous mechanism broke and bottom latch will not activate when turned.

I recently purchased a 82-239 lock but the face plate didn't line up quite right with the door and the original face plate didn't line up with the new lock.
