82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Plate, 11"

Looking for this replacement for my sliding patio door. Looks to be 11.75" long to fit back inside the door cavity as pictured. Sent a picture of it in the door, the door slot without the lock and a few views of the lock. I can't seem to find this anywhere. Thanks for your help!

Outside dimension: 11 11/16" Width: 13/16" Mounting hole center to center: 10 15/16" Hook opening inside edges: 5 1/4" Latch rotator bottom to center: 4"

Hello . i tried to order a part from Swisco but end up being wrong part (order 1553541) the wrong part ordered was slightly to wide , didnt fit in slot of sliding door .Can you figure ou what part to order? thanks Mike Phillips

The bottoms part is broken and stays sticking out as shown in the photo and I am not sure on the manufacture of the door or lock no visible brand I can see

There are no identifying numbers, locking mechanism does not hold and I don't have a key for this lock so a new one would be great.

Hi. See pics for lock and labels on the actual door. I think the door brand is Prime Window Systems. I cannot seem to find a replacement lock (brass looking part) that is the same size, but maybe I'm not measuring right. Thanks in advance for your help! Robin

I tried to replace my latch with the 82-339 but the face plate holes dont match. Does the 82-265 holes different then the 82-239. ALL the deminions match the 265 but you dont show the deminions on the face plate holes. Pic is my old latch. What is the push button in the middle my old one doesn't hav ... (cont.)

The latch broke on my slider. The handle is good. I also think I need the mortise lock

2 brass locking mechanisms need replacing, the hook that is extended out will not retract. The brass piece cannot be dismantled because they are press fitted together (no screws) Will buy white handle assembly if need be so that holes line up

I need to replace the entire handle assembly, the lock / unlock handle broke. I don't know the model # or were I to buy it.

Need a new handle set.The inside locking device is broken. The actual handles are fine. Unless it all comes as a kit.

Hello,I was told from a distributor to come to your website for these parts. I am in need of two secondary lock parts. The handle mechanism has broken. Not sure if I can get just the handle or the whole lock? Either way I need to get these doors repaired. Thanks in advance. Joe
