I am looking for a sticker for our screen door lock. Our tenant removed the piece to put in a cat door. The distance between the holes for the screws to put on the plate opposing the lock is just over ten inches and the distance between the two rectangular holes is almost 4 inches as I look at the ... I replaced the Double Hook Mortise 82-238 along with the inner and outer handle. The existing Multi-point striker was not replaced, It is the 89-030. At one time, I added a flat head screw to the center hole to actuate the safety on the latch, otherwise it doesn't work properly. Is this correct? ... (cont.)

Lock broken, only one arm activates when locking or opening

I recently purchased the Swisco Multi-point Mortice lock Item #82-265 and the hooks don't advance far enough to grab on to the keeper. The upper latch on the door latch is locked in the closed position and neither lubricant nor prying can budge it. What product can you offer to fix or replace the lock and/or handle for my outdoor sliding glass door. The lock stopped working and when i opened it up the parts just fell off. Could i just buy the lock and reuse the handles?
