82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Plate, 11"

I am looking to replace the latch and lock on my sliding glass door. As you may be able to see in the picture, there is a key that has broken off in the lock and it is also difficult to lock and unlock from the thumb latch. I am not sure exactly what kind of door I have but here is some information ... (cont.)

It is from a window master sliding glass door purchased from Home Depot in 2003 the door handle space in the screws are 4 inches perhaps 3 15/16 Apart. Thank you for your help, Mark

Looking for the locking mechanism for vinyl door lock. Can't find a part number anywhere on handle or door

The part shown is in working condition. Unfortunately that is all we have. The renters dismantled the door hardware and we cannot find the missing pieces. Handles etc. Can you help?

I replaced the Double Hook Mortise 82-238 along with the inner and outer handle. The existing Multi-point striker was not replaced, It is the 89-030. At one time, I added a flat head screw to the center hole to actuate the safety on the latch, otherwise it doesn't work properly. Is this correct? ... (cont.)
