Good Afternoon, We would like to replace the entire door handle and lock system. The inside handle broke off and there is a problem with the lock working. From what I can tell part 82-086 would work. I am just not sure. Please let me know what I need to do next

I have these parts. I know i need the ,Product Code: 82-265. Do you have the other items in the photo? Id love to get a complete kit and start off fresh and new. If not what parts would you recommend? the turning lever and key lock are very loose and need replacing. Thank you.

I have an issue with my patio sliding glass door lock assembly. The top lock is remaining in the locked position and not allowing me to open the door. I couldn't find any part numbers on the piece that is broken. The top latch part doesn't go back in when unlocked and catches. Got the 82-265 mortise lock from Swisco and installed it, but it is impossible to get the hooks to open all the way from either the inside or the outside with key. Are there any adjustments that can be made to make the latches open more easily, or can it be lubricated to help open them? ... (cont.)
