The mortise is broken and the latch is broken. Could not remove the parts. What should I order to fix this. The receiver for the lock is ok.

Lock broken, only one arm activates when locking or opening

I recently purchased the Swisco Multi-point Mortice lock Item #82-265 and the hooks don't advance far enough to grab on to the keeper. The upper latch on the door latch is locked in the closed position and neither lubricant nor prying can budge it. Hi looking for a estero or keyed sliding door handle

What product can you offer to fix or replace the lock and/or handle for my outdoor sliding glass door. The lock stopped working and when i opened it up the parts just fell off. Could i just buy the lock and reuse the handles?

Good Afternoon, We would like to replace the entire door handle and lock system. The inside handle broke off and there is a problem with the lock working. From what I can tell part 82-086 would work. I am just not sure. Please let me know what I need to do next

I have an issue with my patio sliding glass door lock assembly. The top lock is remaining in the locked position and not allowing me to open the door.
