Hi I'm looking for the multi-point mortise lock and for the strike plate both are from a Milgard door, thank you.

I need help in determining what I need to replace a broken lock.

The locking mechanism isn't functioning correctly. Do I need to replace the inside part or the entire thing? What parts do I need.

Door latch broke off so can not lock door. Ordered monetise lock 82-265 thinking the latch would come with that. Customer service said I may need handle or maybe just the latch. So I'm sending pics of both. There is 4" between screws on handle.

The only lock that this one might be close enough to is your 82-265. A big orange home improvement store told me I would have to order something through Andersen. I did,.... it was to fat to fit inside the door and the latches weren't far enough apart. There are no markings or stickers on the door ... (cont.)

This is a JELD WIN Vinyl sliding glass patio door (VSDPR2N9682). I would like to replace the inside and outside handles and inside latch with ones that have an outside keyed lock. If possible, Almond on inside and Chestnut Bronze on outside.

we purchased item # 82-265 multi-point mortise lock with face plate 11". Will the sliding glass door multi point keeper 82-249 work with this? Our existing point keeper does not work with this part.

How deep is this lock 1 1/4 or deeper?

The complete insert cover for latch is 11 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch opening. The top door latch broke as seen in pic. I need the assembly minus the handle. I seen similar part Product Code: 82-238 on your store but the measurements are not the same, that one is only 9 inch. Can you help with this? Model ... (cont.)

No names, numbers, or markings on hardware. Holes 4 inch centers Door 1 1/2 inch thick Resembles American Signature Series 50 from Home Depot but not a match. Installed 5 plus years ago. Want as shown - keyed lock.
