Mine is closer to 9.75" at the screw fastener compared to this 11" Can you help? I found you guys from the two patent #'s

Need a locking patio door handle replacement. External and internal handles. Silver Line numbers are 8002344228 also 13165930-2 and CCL#440-H-049-12. Mounting holes (screws) are 4" apart. We have what I believe to be a legacy handle on our Lincoln sliding glass door. Do we need to replace the entire handle or just the inside locking mechanism? I received my new lock, it seems like it should be the one, however; the face plate I had previously didn't have a lock release button and this one does. Do you sell the face plate for the 82-239?

The 82-265 seems to be what I need but it's tough to determine from the image if the alignment of the lock is correct and if the striker matches up to my keeper. Would you be able to provide a replacement lock part number for the above referenced patio door?

Need to replace lock upper latching bolt will not retract. From the number glass it looks like the door was manufactured in 10/2013.

the serial number on the door is 9678069501 0001, Need to replace handle and inside the frame lock mechanism.

I would like a handle that is just like this with a keylock. The screws looked like 3 15/16. The handle looks like close to 10". The plate with double mortise is at 11.5".

I am looking to replace the latch and lock on my sliding glass door. As you may be able to see in the picture, there is a key that has broken off in the lock and it is also difficult to lock and unlock from the thumb latch. It is from a window master sliding glass door purchased from Home Depot in 2003 the door handle space in the screws are 4 inches perhaps 3 15/16 Apart. Thank you for your help, Mark

The part shown is in working condition. Unfortunately that is all we have. The renters dismantled the door hardware and we cannot find the missing pieces. Handles etc. Can you help?
