82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Plate, 11"

I just want to confirm you 82-265 is the same. Please note how my lock engages the other way. Not sure if it matters.

It's for a sliding door Measurements fastener to fastener 11" Measurement from end to end 11-3/4" Let me know what you recommend.

Hi, my mortise 2 point lock is broken and I want to replace it. My problem is getting the mortise lock out. Do I have to remove the entire door off the track? The 2 point mortise lock on our door needs to be replaced. We've had this door for 3 years, and with the part the repair guys keep getting us from Lowe's this will be the 4th replacement. I removed the latch receiver to install a temp cat door. Now I cannot find it. Simonton sliding glass door. Just need the receiver that mounts to the frame so the door can latch. See photos

This is from a JW patio door. If you look at pic it has PAT# 6.264.252 & 5.820.170 it's on the side I measured from top to bottom cover it's 11 1/2 and from screw to screw 11 inches.
