My original faceplate does not have the same dimensions on it. The mortise lock itself will work if i have the right face plate. I purchased the 82-239 and i need the right plate to be able to install in my door. It is the same dimensions as my old lock just the screw hole placement is differentcon ... (cont.)

I am looking for the plate that the latch attaches to and holds the latch in place in the door. I have attached some photos and sketches. The latch works but is not supported firmly in place now, without the plate. I think the plate looks something like item B in the photo "Sample of part B" and wou ... (cont.)

Have 82-265 lock,locked closed.removed handle, tried to release.no luck. Slot inside has fallen out. Lowe's, no help. Jeld wen door mfg, no help. Can not open locked mortise mechanism to replace.

I have the paperwork for a PD3000 double mortise patio sliding door. The locking mortise is rusted and has become inoperable. The paperwork list this part as a PM520A. The keeper is part PM530. Can't seem to figure out replacement of a locking lever. 82-107 and 82-265. The long tab that fits into the latch mechanism has a wider part. Does that fit into the 82-107 or into the mortise latch mechanism from the other side. I can't seem to figure out why it wouldn't just fall out. What is keepi ... (cont.)

Good morning I sent two photos of a double latch that I need. They are mounted in sliding doors. Also are there any lock cylinders that can be rekeyed for Schlage keys?

How to adjust. When I close the door and activate the lock I must pull the door back slightly to properly engage. If not it appears to lock but isn't.

I would like to identify this latch. The locking lever is broken so I probably need the mortise lock and handle with the locking lever. Can you help? On the mortise I see PD 0020. Thanks

We have 50 units with sliding glass doors. Some of the latches lock when a user steps onto their deck, locking them out.
