Both pivot bars in the upper sash of my window have disintegrated.It is marked 52-1006-WHT 52-1006-WHT. Manufacture date 12/06,The baris held in by a single Phillips head screw. Do you have replacements?Thanks for your help.Donald

The plastic piece that screws into the sash spring assembly is broken. This is the weak link in the design as 5 of these pieces have broken on the house.
