I ordered from you 3 inch pivot bars 26-089 snd 26-063. I also ordered pivot shoe 15-045. The pivot shoe is fine except the hole in the pivot shoe (into which the pivot bar is inserted) is a bit too small to accomodate the pivot bars. I need replacement pins for my window

Had a window in bedroom fogging up and had glass company change out the glass. After the glass was changed the window would not stay up. The Techs said the balances looked good, but thought balance was getting weak or the new glass installed was heaver than the original. Could not find any markin ... (cont.)

Hi, need help replacing the constant force spring assembly. The window weight is 30 pounds, so I'm looking at the 15-lb/pd/series-140-quick-tilt-balance which looks totally different from what I have I also need the rounded pivot bar. Is there any parts I need for attaching?

Across the numbers bar it is 2 3/4 inches, the down piece is 1 1/2 long with one screw hole at the 5/8 inch mark, it appears to be 3/16 of on inch thick. I am looking for 4 pivot pins.
