Metal is 21" long , total length 22". Metal is stamped with 2030 along the length, and BSI across it right below that.

Item is stamped 2030 and is 21".

These pictures are of the balance I need to my window. I want t purchase two.

I have a Viking window, unknown age, and the left channel balance just broke. The clip and string broke, and the broken clip went down inside the window frame into the frame of the house so I can't access it to take a picture of it. Attached are photos of the channel balance. Hi! These balances are for Viking non-tilt vinyl windows approximately 25 years old. Marked "20 4 HP CALDWELL. I looked at your part identifier, and was pretty confident on the bottom shoe, but the top shoe looked a little different than anything else shown. What do you think?

Hi Don,I think it looks more like our Series 395, no wings on shoe. You are in for a treat, these are the easiest balances to replace, honestly.Also take a look at the top sash guides while you have the window sash out, they may need to be replaced if they are damaged.Let us know if you have any ot ... Looking for replacement channel balances for non tilting Viking sash window. The number on the balance of an identical window is 2030 BSI 0B. The metal bar not including plastic parts is 21 1/8 " thank you.
