S395-21 21" Series 395 Channel Balance

Looking for help selecting a window balance (thinking I need (2) S395-21 (select 2030). 21" long. Thanks!

We need to replace 4 of channel balances. Over-all length is 22". The metal part is 21" long. On one end appears to be a metal hook attached to a pulley system that goes to the spring. I am in need of replacement window balances- current matching balance has a metal track that is 21" long and 1/2" wide, though sash has a side channel 5/8" wide.
