S395-21 21" Series 395 Channel Balance

S395-21 appears to fit the bill. However the weight stamp is 2090 which does not surprise me as the sash is heavy. As you can see, the strings attached to the spring are gone. It appears that I need about 6 or 8 of these things. They appear to be like the 21" Series 395, but the numbers stamped on the old balance is 2090 31 and that does not seem to fit. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Hello, I have quite a few windows in my house. They are Viking Vertical Vinyl. I need to replace the guides on all of them. The stamped number on the guides is 2040. The length including the plastic end pieces is 23". Which guides would work for my application? Thank you Bruce

The existing balances have a metal channel that is 21" long, and 1/2 " wide. The part number stamped on it is "2030 DL". I have provided photos of the part and the plastic ends. Hi, One of our window balances has broken (the line snapped) and I need to replace it. The only identifying mark I can find on the part is 2040 BSI GL (BIS is perpendicular to the 2040 and GL). Balance is 1/2" (9/16") wide, 21" long. Stamped 2030 Top piece is 1 3/16" long 11/16" front to back Has wings that span 15/16" Bottom piece is probably -001 1" from point to base 1 1/8" front to back 9/16" wide

I need to replace many blances for windows, era 1990. Metal channel is 21 inches long x 9/16 inches wide. Approximately 6 windows need parts.

Have a 21" x 1/2" by your measurements window channel balance . There is also a 2040 indication .Problem I'm having is there is no match on your selection page to mine.
