Hi, our house was built in 1997. The windows are Jeld-Wen brand. I'm looking for what I think are the Pivot Pins and Shoes. Pins have the number 9862 stamped on them. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hello I am a handyman and have a customer that disassembled the window and gave me all the parts. I am not sure how to convert the letters on the springs to the appropriate weight. the 2 top springs in the picture do not have a letter or number. I have 6 Ultramaxx vinyl tilt out windows. Many of them need new shoes and a few need bars. In some, the spiral balance holder is broken, in some it's the cam. The windows were installed in 1999. I can find no discernible identification markings on my window. Fairly certain this is or resembles your product code 15 - 177

parts hold the window in place (bottom) as you tip out to clean. 2 screws hold in place on window and end holds into frame

2 and 7/8 inches long. 1 hole in the middle. Numbers 2 , 3, 4, 7 on individual bars.

I need the pivot shoe if you have similar size. I can actually change out just the cam lock (the aluminum cam with the U lock) if you sell just that piece but if not I'm interested in the whole unit maybe S-140-7. Needing the tilt latches and the tilt pins

I was tilting my window in to clean it when one of the metal pegs picture tilted and came loose. As I was trying to reconnect it the other one broke off. Now I can see that the peg still attached has become slanted so I cannot reconnect it, and I need a replacement for the other one. Is there any ... (cont.)

Hi I'm looking for 3 replacement coil balances with the plastic housing parts as pictured. The top two coils are stamped EL and the bottom one is stamped E The pivot bars for this model are 26-226 and the coil balance shoe is 15-175. Thanks!
