Hi, i need several springs/coils and the metal rods that attach to the window that go into the spring/coil. I did not find any manufacturer name on the window....I'm hoping its a generic window and you have the parts. Thank you, appreciate any help. Tony

We could find no markings on the window, it will not stay up. Attached are photos, we have a couple more if needed. Trying to find replacement parts to repair one bedroom window. Sorry there is not a lot of information, appreciate you looking at this for us.

The windows tilt for cleaning. I would like to order about 10 quantity. These connect to the spring bracket. As you can they break. Do you carry these?

At the bottom section of the window there's a pivot piece (the window can swing inside the home). This part is broken. It appears to be rod, that runs from on side of the frame to the other, but hard to tell exactly. The windows do not latch to the bottom of the frame and it causes the bottom of the ... (cont.)

No identifiable numbers or markings and shoe is broken, so pivot bar is unable to rotate it with sash in place. Sash weighs 28.8 pounds.

Hi, I need to replace this part of the window and the clips. Where can I order from?

The existing bars are 2 3/4 inches long total. The one hole from the locking end to the center of the hole is one and 5/8 inch. I found some that you have that have two slotted holes however it appears the center of the first hole is an inch and 3/4 back from the locking end. If you could please hel ... (cont.)

Hey there, I had no problem identifying my pivot bar as the 26-226 as they had snapped and were removable. This is my pivot shoe. The channel depth seems to be around 5/8, width around 1 1/2 and height about 2 inches.

window balance broken on double hung Jeld Wen window 2004 approximate year. Also, on another window, the pegs that fit into the balance broke on both sides of the window, not sure if they make replacement parts for that or need new window. It is a wood clad window.
