Hi, I didn't see an exact match for the pivot bar I have. The closest one I see is 26-226. Do you have any suggestions?

I have Alside Vinyl Replacement windows, they claim to have a lifetime warranty but they are not helpful. I have a bunch of pivot lock shoes which are broken, numerous pivot bars that are broken, and I REALLY want to fix these windows. The windows may be 09-01 model number. The coils are 5 lbs ... (cont.)

I think I need to place both of these? Or the window sash will fall out when tilted, correct? I'm ordering the round end pivot bars 26-226,as they look like the match to the broken parts I have.

Im looking for 2 of these pivot bars. They are 3 inches long and 1/4 wide. The screws are 1in apart. The brand is enerpro Thank you!

The picture is of broken pieces of the pivot bars for my windows. They are about 3"and have no markings except for a little circle with a minus sign in the center and have two holes along the whole pin.These pins apparently are not strong enough material and they keep breaking. I am looking for tilt window pivot pins that fit your coil balance shoe #15-177.

There's a second screw hole at bottom of window 1" away total length of pin is approx 3". The # between the holes is 12310. Screws are 1/2" round head stainless?

Need replacement pivot pin....fits your no. 15-177 coil balance shoe...screws are one inch apart center to center, and the pin is stamped with the no. 16.

Please identify the required replacement parts thank you.

Hi, i need several springs/coils and the metal rods that attach to the window that go into the spring/coil. I did not find any manufacturer name on the window....I'm hoping its a generic window and you have the parts. Thank you, appreciate any help. Tony

We could find no markings on the window, it will not stay up. Attached are photos, we have a couple more if needed. Trying to find replacement parts to repair one bedroom window. Sorry there is not a lot of information, appreciate you looking at this for us.

The windows tilt for cleaning. I would like to order about 10 quantity. These connect to the spring bracket. As you can they break. Do you carry these?
