I need to order 2 pivot bars. I think they might be 3 1/16 inch. The other part of the bar broke off and fell inside window. See photos.

A pivot bar on my window snapped off. IMG_2316.jpeg has measurement details as well as the broken part shown; the only markings are either a 9 or a 6 in a circle with 2 alignment (?) lines near the outer end of the bar IMG_2323;and IMG 2320 shows the intact pivot bar in place (minus screws). Spiral balance tilt window that has one balance that is halfway functioning. The other issue (picture) is that the "tabs" (or ??) that are typically on the sash are not there. Never had this issue before. Is that parts available as well???

Hi, I need to find 2 of these pins for my window. Apparently our windows were put in by the now defunct Penguin Windows. The windows are vinyl, double hung, sash windows. Looking to put together a parts kit to repair some paradigm double hung windows in a apartment complex. I don't know if any of the info on the last picture helps. I pulled it off a sash.

I'm curious if this is enough information to order replacement parts. I believe they were manufactured for Alside window systems. Most of the pivots are broken and are stuck in the sash.
