A pivot bar on my window snapped off. IMG_2316.jpeg has measurement details as well as the broken part shown; the only markings are either a 9 or a 6 in a circle with 2 alignment (?) lines near the outer end of the bar IMG_2323;and IMG 2320 shows the intact pivot bar in place (minus screws). I'm trying to fix a very old window which appears to have just broken its last pivot bar. Two of these were on the bottom of each pane. The shoes are all also in various states of disrepair and will need replacement. I don't necessarily need the same parts to replace them with, especially since the ... (cont.)

Hi. I need replacement coils and some of the windows are missing the metal post that sits in the carrier (see pic of a good one). How can I replace the posts? Also I think I need a spreader to take the coil Assembly out.

Spiral balance tilt window that has one balance that is halfway functioning. The other issue (picture) is that the "tabs" (or ??) that are typically on the sash are not there. Never had this issue before. Is that parts available as well???

Hi, I need to find 2 of these pins for my window. Apparently our windows were put in by the now defunct Penguin Windows. The windows are vinyl, double hung, sash windows. Need to find replacement for my double pane Amerimax older vinyl windows. One looks like a pin, the other are springs

This piece is 3" longIt has # 12310 on it and a letter HIt is from a Timberbond window#M1629428.02

Looking to put together a parts kit to repair some paradigm double hung windows in a apartment complex. I don't know if any of the info on the last picture helps. I pulled it off a sash.

I'm curious if this is enough information to order replacement parts. I believe they were manufactured for Alside window systems. Most of the pivots are broken and are stuck in the sash. The pivot shoes are fairly disintegrated. The property was wife's parents, recently passed and is in upstate NY, ... (cont.)

Unfortunately I don't have any measurements on the shoe. But I do have measurements on the bar

Because it is broken I could not get an accurate measurement but it looked to be about 3 inches.Do I need any parts in addition to the pivot bar. I am sure of the window brand. Window World
