I have found that both pivot bars in one of my windows are broken. They have the number 12439 on them and I've attached a photo. Do you have replacements?

This part fits inside the window and is attached with two Phillips head screws. this piece fits into the Product Code: 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe, Slate Blue

Hi there, I have Arcor double hung windows with broken parts and I'm looking for replacements. I've attached two photos and I'm looking for the shoe, coil springs and the pivot bars and the security inserts . No markings on window to determine manufacture. Supposedly replaced a year prior to purchasing house in 2009. Believe was told sold/ installed by Window WorldI think I identified part as Pivot Bar, 3-1/16"Product Code: 26-226 by the specs, but would like professional opinion.Bars sheared. Superglued ... Need 2 spring packs, 2 shoes, 2 pins for this window. The outside dimension of the height of the window is 26". The distance from the shoe midpoint to the bottom of the plastic spring cover is 21.5".

4 inch high and a 1/4 inch wide also the pin that goes into the window is 2 3/4 long x 1/4 wide

Hi, I didn't see an exact match for the pivot bar I have. The closest one I see is 26-226. Do you have any suggestions?

I have Alside Vinyl Replacement windows, they claim to have a lifetime warranty but they are not helpful. I have a bunch of pivot lock shoes which are broken, numerous pivot bars that are broken, and I REALLY want to fix these windows. The windows may be 09-01 model number. The coils are 5 lbs ... I think I need to place both of these? Or the window sash will fall out when tilted, correct? I'm ordering the round end pivot bars 26-226,as they look like the match to the broken parts I have.

Im looking for 2 of these pivot bars. They are 3 inches long and 1/4 wide. The screws are 1in apart. The brand is enerpro Thank you!

The picture is of broken pieces of the pivot bars for my windows. They are about 3"and have no markings except for a little circle with a minus sign in the center and have two holes along the whole pin.These pins apparently are not strong enough material and they keep breaking. I need some pivot bar ... (cont.)

I am looking for tilt window pivot pins that fit your coil balance shoe #15-177.

3-1/8"- bar The springs say 5 on them

There's a second screw hole at bottom of window 1" away total length of pin is approx 3". The # between the holes is 12310. Screws are 1/2" round head stainless?

Need replacement pivot pin....fits your no. 15-177 coil balance shoe...screws are one inch apart center to center, and the pin is stamped with the no. 16.

Please identify the required replacement parts thank you.

I have 10 of the same windows and the only thing holding them together is the lock in the middle. Can you help me figure out part numbers for the hardware I took pictures of?
