Balances for Viking non-tilt window series 8300. Balance length is 27inches. Stamp 2640 with BS1 underneath

The code above is for the side-mounted window lift bars on our house windows. Would like to know what the price is for approx. 6-7 of these. also need replacement "clips" as shown in the photo that allow the lift bars to be disengaged from the window frame....need approx. 12 of these. thanks!! ... I watched your video, took pictures of the channel per your request. I got the length of the channel itself. Now I am not sure where to email this information so I can order two new ones. Also where do I find the price of them?Marty

Cord inside channel broke.pulleys are worn so a new complete channel is required. A # on the channel is 2630 if that is of value.I think I would order two new channel to replace at the same time.Please help.

I bought a house with Viking windows installed throughout. 3 of them are hard to open and close and won't close evenly. The don't fully seat on one side.
