The number stamped on the channel is 2630. 1/2" wide 27"long. I need 4.

We have Atrium metal single hung windows where one of the spring balance has fallen down. Hi, I want to replace some channel balances. They are stamped 2630L and look like your S385-27 parts, EXCEPT that the lower balance shoe has no wings on my old parts. You don't have this combination as an option. Can I use S385-27 parts as replacements? Thanks, Sean

I need to replace a 1/2" channel balance, but cannot find one that exactly matches. This is for an Atrium non-tilt window. The upper guide has wings, but the lower guide does not.
