S395-27 27" Series 395 Channel Balance

I'm in need of balances for two different sized windows, one is 26-4 ES Caldwell stamp, the other is 20-3 ES Caldwell. Both are 1/2 inch and the footers are a little more than an inch. Picture provided. Thanks.

The 4 letter code on the balancer is 2630. The part looks to be 27 inches long. Can you tell me what is the correct replacement part number to order?

Metal section is 27 inches long. Marking on the balancer is "20-4 KA2 YXX 7" Can you please help me identify the part number to order this balancer replacement?

I need to reorder. your site says look for the number printed on the old one, which I did and it apparentely is not the correct number, it was for the weight?? please look up my last order # 2370877. which I believe was a 27" and send me the correct parts. thank you

I am trying to identify the channel balance shown in the pictures. The length is 27" but there are no markings that I can find on the channel balance. Could you please help me identify the balance? Thank you for your assistance. Mike

The metal only is 27 inches long. The marking on the metal says 26 3. L 3 (or LS ) Caldwell Where hook is plastic side comes straight out and on the other end the plastic is winged. Thanks Julie

Hello I have a window balance from a viking window it measures 26 13/16" long and 1/2 wide on the back. The photos should show the plastic attachments. The numbers 2640 are stamped on and the letters B.S.I. perpendicular to the numbers. Charles
