S395-27 27" Series 395 Channel Balance

I have two broken block and tackle balance from non tilt windows. One has 2630 GM stamped on it and the other has 2640 EX stamped on it. I need help in determining which replacement parts these correspond to.

Hello. Do you have a channel balance replacement part for a Viking vertical sliding window? Stamp on the current channel balance is #2640. Length is 27" and width is approximately 1/2". Photos attached. Please let me know if you need any additional information. Thank you.

The number 2620 is stamped on the back.

Stamped 26-3 0414 VBS. Channel measures 27 inches ( without plastic boot ends). Window is 10 years old. Thanks for your help....!

I believe they are Viking windows and believed to be out of business. I need both sides. 1/2 inche in diameter 28 inches long

Windows are original to the home, built in the early 1990's. Window stopped holding position. I think one or both springs was replaced quite a few years ago - can't remember.

Please help me to identify the correct replacement parts. The channel runs 27" long, is 1/2" wide, and 5/8" deep. The stamp on the channel reads 2630. The windows are Viking, from around 1996. Please let me know if you need any further information. Thank you! Rudy

The channel is 27" long metal part, 26-3 is the only marking, the house was built in 2007
