The Windows Channel Balance is 28 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. I see number 2730 BSI CL stamped on the metal - see picture. Please let me know what part I need to order from your website.

It appears that my Alenco window channel balance is broken. The number on the channel balance is "2720". It is 1/2" wide and I think (because it's mostly exposed) is most likely 27" long. Do you have replacement Channel Balances? I would probably order 2 and repace both at the same time. Thanks ... (cont.)

The stamp on the channel balance is "b 2730" with 28" length. The snap-in glazing is 3/4 tall, but the top width is short of 3/8" a bit. Would you please help me verify if these two parts are correct? Balance: S395-28 Snap-in glazing: 55-261 Thanks, Mary

The attached photos show a channel balance stamped with 2790. The sash weighs 30.8lbs and is for a non-tilt window. The channel balance is 9/16" wide (1/2"). If I am using the part finder found on the website correctly, it appears to be a 28" S395 with a 2760 stamp option. Is this correct? ... (cont.)

The part I have measures 28" long with out the plastic ends. It has marking of "2740 B.S.I" Our windows are metal with no names on them. Several windows need the channel ballances replaced. Thanks for your help.
