Pls. let me know which channel balance do I need to buy?

The number stamp on the balancer is 2730

I have older Alenco double hung windows installed in my home in 1996. The number on the spring assist is 2720. I've attached pictures of the assembly and guides on each end. Which product do you carry that will work with my windows. Thanks

The metal rod is 28" long, 1/2" wide with end connects as shown on the photos. I'm not sure if the lettering stamped on the broken sash is helpful. What replacement parts do I need to secure to replace both sides?

Need a positive part number to order balances.metal section is 28" long. Photos of upper and lower plastic parts.

Stamped on the side of my 2 channel window balances (see photo) is the number "2740", along with "BSI" and "BJ". The length of the long metal u-shaped channel is 28 inches. I have removed the channel balances and one is broken. they are 1/2" x 29" long. number on bottom is 27-6. Sticker on window frame says Series 710 SH; H-R40-48x84Dimensions are 9/16 x 29"

need 12 for 2730 and 6 for 2740. Both measure 28" without top & bottom pieces. Also need 18 Top & bottom sash guides in bronze.

The metal Chanel is 1/2", actually 9/16" but I'm told its considered 1/2". It is 28" long and is stamped 2730
