S395-28 28" Series 395 Channel Balance

Hi. I was wondering if you could help me with identifying this channel balance. Rod is1/2 wide, 28 inch long. The top guide is 1.25 long. The bottom looks like it is broken off but is in picture #2. The last picture is of the entire rod. I think it might be 395, 385 or 380. Can you maybe hel ... (cont.)

I have a Viking window, the type that uses side channels. Both channel balances are missing. Anything I can do to get right balances for this window? Thanks

Hi, I have bfs windows and several channels need replacing. I want to make sure I order the correct replacement. They are 28 inches and have a 27-4 stamp with no other markings. It appears one of the side clips is missing and cord is broken. Can you help me? Thank you, Meg G

I have two counterweight spring assemblies, right and left, for a single window. The metal part is 28 " long and 5/8" by 1/2" tall and wide. I would like to buy a pair of replacements. The windows appear to be made by Alenco.

the balance measures 28 inches of steel (excluding the attachments on either end) and has the following stamped on the metal: 27 4 GW CMC 11

The number on the stamp is c 2740 , i major the metal parts is 28 inc , what should i buy from you guys? Also ill need same model but 34 inc!!!

I would like to identify the window slides from the pictures that I uploaded. The slides are 28" in length on each channel and 9 /16 wide. I would like to get the cost to replace both slides and lock clips. Thank You

6 of our windows were flooded (about the bottom 12" of each window) and I'd like to see if they can be repaired. They are Fisher windows, aluminum double-pane, that were installed in 2001. I need new 2740 channel balances. The shoe is close to the 15-003, but the width is 1-3/32" rather than 1-3/16".In this case, am I better off getting a 15-001 shoe? I'm thinking it's better to have a shoe that is 1/32" too narrow (the 15-001 is 1-1/16") rather than 3/32" too wide (the 15-003 is 1-3 ... (cont.)

Cannel Balance metal length is 28" and the channel balance width is 1/2". The clips and cords broke. Please see attached pictures for what the hardware looks like. the stamp says 27 9 KR Caldwell.

Please confirm that I have correctly identified 19-005 & 15-001 before I order 2720 & 2730 replacements 28? series 395. Only other marking I can find is BSI next to LA. Thanks, George

Window channel is 28" long, 1/2" wide, number stamped on back is 2740- upside down "R" -23. Your model number S395-28 really looks close except for the channel balance top looks a little different than the the one shown. Could you tell me if I?m wrong or not? Thanks

Hello, The only thing it says on my balancer is 27-4, and from what I can tell, these look like a 28" Series 395 balancer and 18-008 Sash guide. Could you confirm the model I need to replace the balancer and sash guide in the attached pics? Thanks, Tim
