Hello, I'm from Austin Texas and I need to order new window slides for a few windows but I don't know what I need. The channel has 27-4 stamped on the back. They are 29in long in total, and I included pics of all the parts I need.

Please help identify this part. I also need the PN of the takeout clip.

I am needing to replace window balance on an aluminum window. Metal channel measures 28" in length. It is stamped with 27-4. I am unsure on top and bottom. Your assistance is appreciated.

Metal from end-to-end measures 28", but between the plastic ends measures 27"; 1/2" wide. I have 3 windows that need this part replaced.

I need an Alenco replacement balance - the balance is stamped with 2740 - the open channel width - looking at the spring - is 9/16 inch. The larger plastic end is right at 1 inch.

Hi, my window balance fell out of the bottom of my window and has come apart. Can you please help me figure out what replacement part I need. As seen in the pictures, the old balance is stamped with 2790 BSI RA 31. The metal part of the balance is 28 inches.

Looking for replacement balances. Marked 2730. Metal piece is 28" long and about 29" tip to tip on the shoes. Do I need the S395-28's?

I bought some balances last week. S395-28. But they won't let my window sash go back into the window. I sent a photo to demonstrate: the channel in the forground is 1/2 and the new ones are 5/8" deep. The window will not go into the track. let me know what you think. Thanks
