Marked 27-4; Need new balances for 2 windows not operating correctly.

I figured out the correct balance but the code on it says 27-4, is it the same thing at 2740? Double checking before I place the order, thank you!

The only number stamped on it is 2730. It's 28" tall, 9/16"wide, and 5/8"deep. Wings on top are 15/16", top is 1 1/4" tall Bottom shoe is 1 1/16" deep, 1" tall, with no wings

Could you please recommend a replacement window balance? The window manufacturer was Alenco. I have attached 5 pictures including 1 picture of markings that are stamped into the window balance. Thank you.

1/2 inch channel, 28 inches long Channel is stamped 2740, no other markings 14 1/4" spring string on double pulley block is approximately 37 inches

I'm looking to order 28" series 395 channel balance but the stamp on my old balance is 2790 and yours only goes to 2770. Is this going to work with my alenco double pain insulated window .

Hi there, I need to order 6 replacement channel balances. I typed in 2740 and got too many choices. So I thought I would send you these images. I am looking for a top sash guide for an Alenco Series 380 double pane aluminum window (pictures attached). None of the pieces associated with Series 380 channel balance look correct. 2730 is stamped on the 28 inch channel Balance. The windows were installed around 1986.

Hi, Our windows are BFS (Builders FirstSupply). The top black piece popped this morning and fell to pieces. It is the left channel. I removed the channel. The number is stamped on it is 2740. I am trying to help a family member repair broken windows. Two windows have no window balances in them at all. I found a same size window for one of them and removed the balance. It is a 2730. My channel balances have the number 2790 BSI LH31 on them (as pictured) They're 28" long 1/2 " wide 5/8" deep What is your best guess of which balance/part I should order to replace these? Thank you!
