I need replacement springs and shoes for the window balancer parts shown in the attached images. Details of the markings on the existing parts are shown in the pictures. I am working on a couple of Simonton windows with coil balances. one is a single coil stamped 5 and the other is a dual coil with the lower coil stamped 4 and the upper coil stamped 6.5. Which coil balances should I use?Thanks, Robert

We recently moved in this house and a couple of single pane sliding windows don't work due to broken/missing parts. I would appreciate your help in finding replacement parts or complete assembly or a substitute balance assembly kit.Thanks

I have 1 Simonton window that needs the coil spring, pivot shoe, spring cover and pivot bar to be replaced on both sides of the window. Also have 1 window where the tilt latch needs to be replaced. Need Kinco Tilt Sash guides/locks for top of sash, left and right (shown in photos as good lock and broken lock) hand. Hello, Trying to find the right replacement parts for 2 coil balances for a bathroom window. The broken parts can be seen in the pictures - the steel coil has a "3" stamp on it. I could probably reuse the pieces that hold the pivot bar, but I would definitely need new coils and new coil housing part ... (cont.)
