I am wondering how to replace these springs that are housed inside the window under a plastic casing. There are two per windows to assist opening the windows.

Our house was built in 1999 and about the only information I have is that the windows are Patriot brand. I need several latches and pivot pins for for these tilt-in windows. Trying to find replacement tilt latches that came off Ply Gem windows installed in 1999. They break when trying to release the latch. Dimensions roughly 2.645 inch by 0.685 inch in the top rectangle. the top dimensions of the sash tilt latch are 2 1/4" x 5/8". looks like it slides into the frame. Do you have a part that would replace these? They are from a 1995 type of Alcoa vinyl window. Thanks
