26-244 Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand

Looking to remove this part as they are old and have broken.

I'm trying to identify the tilt and vent latches on my windows. There are no markings. I measured the tilt latch slot to be 9/16" x 2 9/16" and the vent latch slot 1/4"x1 7/8". Again, the measurements are of the routed slots or cut outs in the window. Thank you

The latch has the PAT. # 5,139,291 with 7F and 029 markings. Approximately 2.5" x 3/4" x 3/8" thick. Do you have a beige part which will fit my window? Thank you

Hi, can you help me identify a replacement part for the tilt latch? I included a picture of the tile latch that has broken and I have included two pictures of the equivalent tile latch from another window for comparison. Thanks.

I'm not exactly sure which ones I should order of these. These windows are older from around 2007 timeframe

I have a few questions about replacing damaged or deteriorating parts. The spring release catches on the top of the window and the pivot pins that allow the window to pivot down for cleaning.
