Looking for replacement sash latches. Many of mine are broken and I assume it's because the latch is used to hold the weight of window via counterbalance.

Unfortunately I can find no labels or other identification on my home windows (replaced before I entered the home) and as you can see the window latches are disintegrating. Any assistance in finding a match would be great!Thanks for your help,Gregg

Need to confirm which part number these are - (Please see photos - Square top is 2-5/8" long and 11/16" wide. Over all length is 3" with tip of latch extended.) Milgard said they no longer make these parts and suggested you for a replacement. Can you confirm what part number it is?

I'm not sure which to buy, I need L & R for my Pella Windows. The windows are around 20-25 years old. I'm getting a top plate of 2 5/8" x 11/16". It measures down 7/16" on the side. I'm not sure about the bottom measurement. I don't know if it's 3/16" or 3/8" that I'm seeing in your diagrams. ... (cont.)
