I have a 20 yr old Simonton double sash window that's always had the wrong, inadequate balance coils. I don't know the model # of the window, and it would be useless providing you with the coil # since they are clearly the wrong ones. What data do you need to point me toward the right replacement ... the T shaped 1/2 inch gray part I believe is called a balance shoe. The white slider button releases the window to tilt for cleaning. There is one on the right and one on the left. I would need some of each. My Millard windows were installed in 2008.
