26-244 Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand

The left and right parts on the top of the lower window have broken due to age. These are the parts that have the small spring mechanism to keep the window. In line as it moves up and down. My tilt latches slide out of the side of the window

Do you all carry any 2 5/8 latches like the part # 26-393B? It has all the right dimensions except for length

The window appears to use 26-243 and 26-244 to hold the window in place. The balancer consists of a grey tube that has a blue connector for the spring at the bottom (1) and a white connector above the spring that hooks the spring and has a rope looped around the upper part (3). Hi! Today, I opened my windows to lubricate the balancers. I pulled them inward to find that the tilt pivot bars were so rusted that they actually broke. The tilt pivot bars snapped from the balance shoes. We were able to remove the rusted pivot bars. I'm not yet sure how to remove the balance shoes ... (cont.)

I need to identify this latch. It measures 2 3/4 x 9/16. However I am having trouble uploading my photo.

I need to replace balances on both sides of window. Not sure if they're double or something else. Also window latches on both sides.

Hi Swisco I have 2 problems, broken tilt latch and coil balance. 1- Tilt latch dimension: Length 2 10/16 to 2 11/16 inches, width 11/16 to 12/16 inch, depth 7/16"inch. Not sure what the item # is for RH and LH. 2- Coil balance info: -dimensions for single hung window length-45 ¼ inch, height 29 ¾ ... (cont.)

Need to replace the plastic part in photo that allows window to tilt out. Sun damage causes them to break during use. Do you have the part and is it something I can replace at home? The bottoms has a 75 and a big N on it. They are not next to each other or oriented in the same direction.

The latch in the photo is broken. Can you tell me the replacement part number for this latch? Also, should that flat metal spring be in the track? I don't see it on my other windows. This may be what broke the latch.
