26-244 Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand

I HAVE 3 WINDOWS SO PLEASE TELL ME WHAT EXACTLY I HAVE TO ORDER.

Looks like I need some parts, this window will not stay up on it's own anymore.

We do spray foam insulation and got over spray on these windows. We need 14 of each shown in the picture. Also sent pic of the window label in case that helps!

Have 10 3.0x5.0 single hung windows that need coil springs replaced. They have double springs on each side. Measure 1/2" in width

Need to replace both sides tilt latches on 2 Simonton windows.

We need to replace the spiral rod for our windows and the tilt catch/release. Attached are photos of the rod and the screw to which it attaches. Also included is the sticker from the window. These tilt latches are smooth on both sides (no raised notch). I have searched in local hardware stores without luck - the ones that are available have a small round raised notch and will not insert into the window correctly.Thank you in advance, Becky

Hi, the attached pictures are of the left tilt latch in window; the right hole where the right one usually sits; and the right one out to show all sides for you. It "looks" like the manufacturer of the windows is Warnock Hersey. They house was built around 1996. I am selling my house so trying to replace some of the broken ones where the thumb piece that sticks out keeps breaking.The length of the latch is 2 5/8" (3" if you include the retractable end piec ... I had the window cleaners come through and they noticed I have a couple issues with our windows. Problem is I don't know the brand. The only clue I have is on some of the window seals it says duraseal. I suspect that company is out of business or very unpopular because I can't seem to locate thes ... (cont.)
