15-001 Channel Balance Shoe, 1-1/8" Depth

I am looking for the 1/2 inch channel balances. The stamp on the old balance is 2740. The top shoe attachment resembles 19-005. The bottom shoe attachment resembles 15-002. I included the photo. The channel balance length is 28". Which series should I order? Thanks.

Hello- i need 2 of these window balances. Came off a viking single hung vinyl window. Sash approx 36 tall by 36 wide the metal part measures 33" i can barely read the printing but it seems to say "32 4 ER Caldwell" please let me know if you have these. thanks

Hello, I need to first identify my channel balances. I then need to order 4ea. I tried to order them off of your catalog but they look like they may not be standard. Mine are 24" long 1/2" channel (metal channel only) with a #19-005 Top and #15-001 Shoe.

The existing broken channel balance for a BFS single hung window looks like your series 380 channel balance except for the shoe which has a part that looks like the 15-001 or 15-002. The existing shoe measures slightly over 1 1/16. It is not 1 1/8. The metal part measures 28 inches. Is this a ... (cont.)

28" Window balance is for an Alenco double hung window that's about 13 years old. Metal part of the balance is 28". Balance + guides is 29". Balance has hemmed edges, measures 9/16 across the bottom of the channel and 5/8 on the side of the channel. Markings are 2730, also has a BSI and DL stamp. To ... (cont.)

Does the Channel balance top and channel balance shoe come as one piece when both are ordered with the channel balance? I have the correct ones figured out from the pictures.
