Looking for replacement window channel balance. The existing ones appear to be original to the house built in 1983. The metal channel measures 13" by 1/2" width, 5/8" depth. Looking for a replacement that includes the plastic guides (shoes?) at the top and bottom. Which series would be appropr ... (cont.)

markings are 29 6 FX CMC 7 and appears to be 1/2 inch wide and 30 inches long. the 4 photos are enclosed. note, the other window also needs these balances and it appears the only difference is the markings which are: 29 6 HX CMC 11

I am looking at the S351-22 and the S390-22 Channel balances. My balances have a similar shoe to the 15-001 except the 1 1/8 dimension on my part is 1 1/16. Does the actual part meet the 1 1/8 dimension or is it slightly under and closer to the 1 1/16 I am looking for? If not I will order the S35 ... (cont.)

The length is 30 inches and the width is 1/2. There are a couple of footings in your catalog that are similar to mine. Series 351 and series 390. Please let me know which one I need to order. Thanks.

Just want to be sure that I have the right top/bottom pieces on my 33" long 1/2" channel balance. Looking at your website, I'm guessing that the top is a 19-002, and the bottom shoe is a 15-002. Since it's a 34 pound window, I'll spec it as a 3260. Please confirm. Thanks.

I need to replace several channel balances whose springs have broken. They are for non-tilt aluminum windows that are old (from the 60's at least). I'm needing to replace a couple of channel balances for a window. The balance is stamped 23D. It is 9/16" wide which I have read is considered 1/2".
