I'm having trouble finding a sash cam replacement. It's a unique shape.

Can you please tell me what balance I need. The balance is stamped 30 3 Caldwell GM. The metal portion is 31 inches long. Thank you.

It is for the the window to keep the balance from slipping out.

Can you help me identify the required spring balance? I need two. They are marked 2330 #. The metal part of the frame measures exactly 24". I am trying to replace dry-rotted clips that retain the balancers to the window frame. I attached photos of the existing clips. I believe the windows were manufacturer by Ply-Gem in 1994 or 1995. The pieces started out white. Can you help?

Hello, I need help in finding the correct replacement for channel balance in non tilt type window. The channel balance measures 32 inchs long and only marking I can see looks to me as 3030. I believe my windows were made in the in 1985-1998 time period. Photos are attached.
