I'm looking for the 31" balances and top sash guides that work together in this style window. On this smaller window where the parts were intact the balance was labeled 18 4 Caldwell DM. I want both the balances and the top sash guides.

Windows are 3o plus years old. Manufacture was Rolleson (SP???). Channel balance is 31" long plus end caps. See pictures of the I have 24 windows, probably 20 are in need of replacement so quote 20 and then option if bought all 48. There is a marking 3030 on channel.Also need shash guides as pe ... Small plastic piece screw fastened to window to retain spring loaded channel block and tackle

Have 29" Series 385 Channel Balancerams but the stop that screws into the top of the window is broken so the track just shoots upwards. I haven't a clue what it would even be called and there were no stamping a on the part.

I have a window that measures 39 inches wide and 22 inches tall. And I think it weighs 39 pounds. The balancers are 24 inches long. It said on the balancer 2340 my other windows measure 31 inches wide and 22 inches tall. They use the same balancer. Would the big window use the same balancer as the ... (cont.)

As you can see in the attached pictures, the length of the channel balance is about 32", and the width is a little over .5". need to ID window sash clips and snap in glazing. Using S380-37 balances.Are shorter balances (31")with marking of 30 3 BO Caldwell same as S380-31?

Have 9 windows with these balances. Several of them have broken shoes (photos attached) that I would like to replace. If possible only replacement balance shoes are needed. Believe the windows are what is now PlyGem but were build in 1994 per engravings inside window panes.
