Hi, I have a window balance with the name Caldwell 38 4 Go. And left and right plastic parts that screw to the upper portion of the sash that press against the top of the balance when the window is closing. Would you be able to help me locate replacements for these parts please.

I have a part that is on the top left and right side of window. I believe it holds the long springed bars (wrong name sorry) on left and right. This part looks like it has a left and right version and screws into window on both sides. I need a couple of each.

This is a part that is screwed into the top of a metal frame with gasket insulated window. The balance is a channel balance. If you need any more information please let me know.

I need help with identifying which tracks I need for my window. Tracks i removed measure 39” long and have a “3940” stamped onto them. Unfortunately both plastic ends of tracks are completely broken off.

Hello, these windows from condo built late 1990s. All the trim on inside is breaking every time you touch it. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

Looking for the replacement part for these window balances. They are 22" in length and 1/2" wide. I saw no markings on them. I have more pictures so if more information is needed please let me know. Thank you.
