Good Morning, I am replacing channel balances on three, non-tilt single hung windows. The house is new to me but was built in 1982. I purchased the 350 series 27" balances for a non-tilt aluminum window and I am having trouble finding the top sash guides that match the broken guide that I removed from window. Any suggestions? Thank you,

I reviewed all your pictures but am unable to match the ends of the channel balance I need. Pictures are enclosed. Markings on the channesl are 23 D and B.S.I. Width of the channel is 9/16" and the width on the channel plastic top is 1-7/16, bottom is 7/8.

To whom it may concern, I need some replacement Rollyson (circa 1986) top sash guides, and the ones you have pictures in your catalog are almost identical to what it on my window. The only thing that appears to differ is the 1 7/16" dimension depicted in your side view. Mine is only 1". See attac ... (cont.)

I need four balances. Photos below. They measure 31" long X 9/16" wide. The townhome was built in 1985 by Ryland, in the kings grant section in Marlton. I don't know the window manuf. Number stamped on balance is 3030. Please let me know price and availability. Thanks, Bob
