I have an older home probably mid 1980's with Peachtree Ariel casement windows. They have a 2 piece seal, one which mounts to the frame and one that mounts to the sash. I am attaching a few photos. Let me know if this is enough to recommend a replacement item.

Do you know what goes around the window glass inside and outside? The windows were painted shut, and It is extremely difficult to remove the paint from the exterior stripping are the glass. Bulb weatherstrip. Pella calls it 0DFF0000 - PCS Frame Weatherstrip 36" long. The "bubble" is about 3/8" diameter. The tube is hollow, smooth plastic. This piece attaches to the bottom of the door and slides along the threshold when opening/closing.
