Here are photos of the channel balance from my window. The length is 27" (end of metal to end of metal). The width is 9/16" and depth is 5/8". I believe it is the Series 350 Channel Balance, product code S350-27. I will be needing to order 4 of the balances.

I need help identifying which part to get for 1/2" window channel balance. "1640 Q" is stamped on it. Length is 17". I need 6 of them, but I want to get the right one (and I can't seem to be able to tell them apart in your photos!) Thanks!

Sash weighs 22 lbs and size is 33.5" wide by 29.5" tall. Balance is 0.5" wide by 17" tall. Shoes are like S351. S351-17 seems like the closest fit, but I don't see an option for a 22 pound sash....?

The metal portion of the assembly is 27 inches. I need two of these for a MilGuard Double hung non tilt window. Can you folks get me the part number and pricing?? Thanks, Jim

It is 29" long with a stamp says 28c

Need to replace window sashes that are 23" long 1/2 " wide and stamped with 22E. Any suggestions? Not sure of the window mfg. Thank you.

Window Balance shoes 15-004 and 15-005 appear to be the same. What is the difference between the shoes? I am not sure which one I need.

The only thing stamped on the item is 28C The metal is exactly 29' There are 2 pic showing the window track. one looks normal (as you show it on a video.) However the other is just 2 pieces of metal sticking out of the track. So what do I need.

My Side Window Load Balance has 2790M 32 stamped on it. The bar is 28" by 9/16". Do you have any?
