Hello, I have 8 non tilting windows that need replacement springs so 16 pieces. The metal frame is 1/2 inches wide and 30 inches long. No photos are available with the springs installed/attached because they are all broken. There is a stamp on the frame 2930 if that's helpful. See attached photos f ... (cont.)

I am fairly confident the repalcement channel balance I need is the S350-28 2740 but I also need two additional parts. A piece that goes in the window casing to stop the channel balance and a cap for the top of the window frame. See pictures. Do you sell these parts?

Thanks for your excellent website! I need four balances of the type pictured. The metal portion is 25". The balance is stamped 2490 BS MF 32. The sash weighs 30 pounds. Hello, I recently replaced balances for two windows. I have two more that need replacements but the numbers look different. They measure 28 1/2 tip to bottom and the plastic piece is 1" wide.
